Our story / Founder
Matt
Marsolais
“We take the music seriously.
Never ourselves.”
Larboy’s starts with a simple belief: music feels different when we give it our full attention.
Founder Matt Marsolais is imagining an intimate Charlotte space where an album can play front to back, strangers can become regulars, and gathering matters as much as the gear. Warm, unhurried, and a little unexpected.
Matt is the sole owner and founder at this stage. The team and the place itself are still to come.
This is the beginning—not a finished venue. We’ll share the process honestly as the room, programming, and community take shape.
